Emerald Health Services is hiring an Interim Nurse Manager of Occupational Health

Start Date: 12/28/2020

Shift/Hours: 8 Hour Day shift, 8am - 5pm

Length: 13 weeks

Interim Manager Occupational Health

This position is responsible for the administrative oversight of the occupational medicine staff to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and management of employee health, consistency of quality care and cost savings.

• The manager is responsible for ensuring the workflows and processes of both occupational medicine and employee health functions are maintained at an optimal level of performance.
• This position manages program development, Policies and Procedures, and is the Systoc Super User.
• This position also at times provides direct patient care within the clinic.
• This position works with Infection Preventionist to manage the Fit Testing, Flu Clinics, and PPD processes.

Education

1. B.S., M.S., or Doctorate in Nursing preferred.
2. Minimum Experience/Skills:
Minimum three (3) recent years of experience in occupational medicine and management

Excellent interpersonal and oral/written

communication skills

3. Licenses/Certificates/Credentials:

California RN license

Current BLS for Healthcare Providers (AHA certified)

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $140,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
