Inventory Assistant job responsibilities

An Inventory Assistant keeps track of the goods and supplies in the store/office and manages orders to facilitate sales or production. Duties include signing off on shipments, counting the number of available products and placing orders for more inventory according to demand.

Inbound:
-Inbound to the warehouse once or twice a week, check whether the received quantity is consistent with the invoice. If it is consistent, put it on the shelf to the corresponding warehouse, and record the inventory.
-If it is inconsistent, report it in time, find out the reason, and correct the warehouse inventory quantity.

Outbound:
- The project leader submits the quantity of replenishment in the live streaming studio, arranges the products according to the demand, hands them over to the project leader, and records the outbound.

Inventory:
- Count the number of products every day, check whether the actual inventory is consistent with the recorded inventory, if it is inconsistent, find out the reason and ask the corresponding person in charge to be held accountable, record the difference in the inventory, and update the latest inventory.

Warehouse organization: ensure that the corresponding products are in the correct location and keep the warehouse clean and tidy.

Shipping:
- Responses for the shipping daily.

- Check whether the order sent to the warehouse is consistent with the order to the warehouse (the order to the warehouse is given to the warehouse management by the person in charge of the project)

- If there is any inconsistency, contact the relevant person in charge to find out the reason.
- Make sure the shipper processes the order correctly and labels all incoming orders for dispatch.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
