The Inventory Control Clerk II position primarily evaluates inventory for the operation areas to ensure internal and external customer service needs are met.

Essential Functions:

· Evaluates & measures incoming inventory to determine the appropriate data for entry into area

· Evaluate requests for inventory by operation areas.

· Responsible for proactive position of inventory in order to ensure internal and external customer service needs are met

· Resolves non-standard inventory issues by researching or obtaining critical information

· Safely operates various types of equipment to include but not limited to i.e., box knives, tape guns, electronic handheld devices, RF scanners, etc.

· Safely operates machinery to include but not limited to conveyors, tapers, labeler, palletizer and bailers

· Must be able to work safely around moving equipment and conveyors

· Must be able to stand/walk on concrete floors

· Must be able to read and comprehend a basic order form and be able to communicate well with others

· Work in non-climatically controlled environment throughout the year

Other Responsibilities

· Serves as back up for receiving as needed

· Sort, lift and stack boxes as well as finished product correctly

· Load boxes onto trailers by moving them from conveyor to trailer or from pallet to trailer

· Transports and load materials, supplies and finished goods (manually and/or using hand jacks or powered industrial trucks)

· May work in different areas in Operations based up business needs

· Other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements:

· Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.

· Face covering requirement based on current local policy.

· Refer to Physical Demand Analysis (PDA) for complete physical requirements

Qualifications:

· Prior experience with the systematic managing of inventory preferred

· Must be proficient in Microsoft Office

· Must possess problem solving and analytical skills

· Must be at least 18 years old
