About this opportunity

We are hiring an Investigations Analyst within Ericsson’s Corporate and Government Investigations group. The purpose of the CGI team is to conduct internal investigations within the company and assist in responses to external investigations. The team serves a critical role in supporting the Company’s ethics & compliance program and commitment to integrity in its culture and ways of working, and ultimately driving the company’s sustainable success.

What you will do

• Assist with internal investigations of reported Code of Business Ethics violations in a forensically sound, robust, fair and timely manner, and in compliance with relevant laws (including employment laws and data privacy laws)
• Provide advice and support to investigators on internal accounting, sourcing directives and other Ericsson processes
• Review, analyze and draw conclusions on data obtained from various tools including SAP One, Salesforce, Sourcing CLM, Strategic Sourcing Suite and Concur.
• Provide subject matter expertise for Project Finance Accounting, Customer Projects, Sales Decision materials, and other transactions
• Drive automation, quality, and efficiency
• Share knowledge and best practices
• Act with integrity, objectivity, and fairness

You will bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Auditing, Finance or equivalent
• Minimum of 7-10 years’ experience from a relevant position within Ericsson or a relevant position at an external company or the government
• Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with data analytics
• Fluency in English
• Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to independently handle and manage complex matters, as well as manage multiple matters at one time

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience working with or under a monitor
• Foreign language fluency is a plus
