• Play an integral role on investment banking teams, providing analytical support on restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, public offerings and other financial advisory services for our clients.
• Lead the preparation of company valuations, restructuring analysis, financial models, company marketing documents and client presentations in addition to performing research and various analyses in support of new business generation.
• Play a leading role in transaction negotiations and diligence throughout the course of a restructuring.
• Hone your skills by working closely with senior bankers and client senior management on a variety of transactions.

• Work closely with client management and C-Suite executive team throughout restructuring process.
• Gain relevant experience in all areas of a restructuring transaction, including new business generation, strategy development, creditor negotiation and implementation via in-court or out-of-court processes.
• Work closely with senior bankers to have direct impact on the deal outcome.

• Candidates must have 1 year of work experience in a financial or quantitative role as an investment banking associate or a comparable position. Experience working for a top-tier investment bank and prior restructuring advisory work is preferred.
• Candidates with experience and interest in working in a fast-paced professional investment banking environment who can hit the ground running.

• Candidates must have a proven academic record and excellent writing, mathematical, verbal and computer skills.
• Series 63 & 79 licensing preferred or the ability to quickly obtain.
