OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a high-energy individual to join our team as Clinical Director in Iowa. The Clinical Director is responsible for the overall management and leadership of their designated market and/or program(s).
· They are responsible for planning, organizing, implementing, and maintaining strategies and initiatives related to their designated markets and/or program(s) and organizational strategic and operational priorities
· They is responsible maintaining close relationships with regulatory bodies and community stakeholders.
· Facilitates Trivium service excellence efforts on client satisfaction, employee engagement, stakeholder engagement, and fostering a culture that fulfills our mission.
· Direct all aspects of the assigned programs service delivery in compliance with regulatory, licensing, and accreditation requirements.
· Lead local market efforts around public relations, collaborations, events, and speaking engagements, as well as fund development efforts.
· As needed, manage, and coordinate a small client case providing individual, group, or family therapy
In addition, the director serves as an integral member of the Behavioral Health leadership team, providing subject matter expertise throughout the organization.

Requirements/Qualifications
Must hold a full, current, and unrestricted license to independently practice as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor or Licensed Independent Social Worker which includes diagnosis and treatment. Individuals with LMFT, LMHC, LISW, LMSW licenses working towards full Iowa licensure are encouraged to apply.
A minimum of three (3) years of experience in management and/or operational management in a behavioral health or human service setting.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
