The Washington, DC office of Hogan Lovells is seeking a junior to mid-level transactional associate to join our IP, Media & Technology practice. Relevant work experience includes drafting and negotiating development, collaboration, licensing, supply chain, outsourcing, and technology services agreements; conducting IP and M&A due diligence; drafting and negotiating IP provisions in corporate transactional agreements; and advising clients on IP ownership, protection and licensing strategies in a variety of industry sectors, such as software, semiconductors, internet/ecommerce, life sciences, automotive, aerospace, and consumer products.
We look for candidates with outstanding writing and analytical skills, top academic credentials and a commitment to excellence. A resume or CV is a must for our application system. Candidates for lawyer opportunities in the U.S. must have a law degree from an ABA-accredited law school and be a member of the Bar in the United States.
