Description:

The Kickapoo Tribe of Oklahoma is seeking an I.T. Director. This position organizationally falls under the Kickapoo Tribe of Oklahoma. Operational hours are Monday through Friday; 8:00A.M. to 5:00P.M, or as may be needed. This role will provide maintenance of the computer desktop environment by analyzing requirements, resolving problems, installing hardware and software solutions. The I.T. Director will be responsible for administratio and internal support of the Tribe's PCs, printers, servers, and related equipment. The incumbent will perform tasks that will include end user support, license tracking, and performing PC Maintenance upgrades and configurations.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or G.E.D Equivalent.
• Bachelor's in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, required.
• 2 + years prior experience in managing IT staff, required
• ITIL, CompTIA ITF+, A+, Network+, Security+, Project+ certifications, preferred.

Additional Qualifications:

• Ability to work with or without supervision,
• Ability to interact with tribal members, government employees, and the general public.
• Must have excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
• Must be able to pass a background check to obtain KTO Gaming License.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Must possess documents that establish Identity and Employment Eligibility.
• Must possess a valid Oklahoma State Driver’s License, throughout employment.
• Must submit and pass a pre-employment and random drug screenings throughout employment.
• May be subject to a Position of Trust Background Investigation. Must have a favorable adjudication.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
