Responsibilities:

Required Skills: *
A. High school diploma and Comp TIA A+; Associates degree in an Information Technology field and/or Network+ or Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA) preferred.
B. Minimum of two (2) years progressively responsible experience in applied technology customer service, preferably in a public sector governmental agency or similar law enforcement environment; troubleshooting experience with Microsoft Operating Systems, Microsoft Office, experience with Windows compatible hardware troubleshooting and repair; MacOS and Android troubleshooting experience a plus. Ability to supply end user support and instruction
C. Possess and keep a valid Florida driver’s license throughout employment without any restrictions that affect job performance.
D. Performs related duties as directed.
