We are currently seeking an IT Infrastructure Engineer for a full-time position in Jacksonville, Florida.

The IT Infrastructure Engineer will help with technology discovery and deployment for newly acquired offices and across the entire organization to meet the enterprise standards and optimize the service. Employees will evaluate existing systems, implement best practices, recommend procedures, and develop configuration and topology documentation for efficient and effective infrastructure implementation. This position will administratively support multiple platforms including MS O365, SDWAN, desktops, laptops, Chromebooks, mobile devices, printers, and application user management.

Outgoing, confident, and knowledgeable IT Infrastructure Engineer team members will support systems deployment including MS O365, VOIP, SD-WAN, and other mission-critical systems. The employee will be responsible for responding to, documenting, and resolving service tickets promptly according to SLA.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area and two years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Two plus years of hands-on experience working in an MS365 environment.
• Experience administering Microsoft Office O365/M365.
• Experience administering Microsoft Azure.
• Experience engineering email migration projects.
• Active Directory and Exchange.
• Advanced printer/peripheral device troubleshooting.
• TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
• Domain DNS Records.
• Accuracy, attention to detail, and a customer service-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work collaboratively and a team player.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge in these areas: Windows, MS365 core applications, Data Warehousing, VOIP, Network Hardware, and Configuration (Cisco Meraki).

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Provide exceptional customer service in person, via phone, and by email as appropriate.
• Perform user administration and environment security duties.
• SD-WAN Infrastructure implementation and support.
• Infrastructure engineering.
• Document systems landscape and office topology.
• Migrate and transition emails to O365.
• Data and Voice platform migration planning and execution.
