We are looking for an IT Program Coordinator - REMOTE with to work Remote in Richmond, VA. 100%UPDATE
About Role:
- The Department is seeking a competent Program Coordinator to undertake a variety of administrative and program management tasks.
- They will help in planning and organizing programs and activities as well as carry out important operational duties.
- Some responsibilities are but not limited to Support planning and coordination of a program and its activities
- Ensure implementation of policies and practices
- Maintain budget and track expenditures/transactions
- Manage communications through media relations, social media etc.
- Help build positive relations within the team and external parties
- Schedule and organize meetings/events and maintain agenda
- Ensure technology is used correctly for all operations (video conferencing, presentationsetc.)
- Prepare paperwork and order material Keep updated records and create reports or proposals
- Support growth and program development Planning and coordination of a program and its activities
- Ensuring implementation of policies and practices Maintaining budget and tracking expenditures/transactions
- Types, manages filing system and logs, scans and tracks documents (signature requests, etc.) and tracks assignments and responses.
- May provide guidance to other staff as an information resource.
- Responds to and/or refers inquirers to appropriate source for resolution.
- May be required to perform other duties as assigned in a timely and professional manner

Experience:
- program coordinator or relevant position: 3 years (Preferred)
- program management and development procedures: 3 years (Preferred)
- Knowledge of budgeting, bookkeeping and reporting: 1 year (Preferred)
- Tech savvy, proficient in MS Office: 3 years (Preferred)
- Ability to work with diversity and multi-disciplinary teams: 2 years (Preferred)
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills: 3 years (Preferred)
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills: 3 years (Preferred)
- Detail-oriented and efficient: 2 years (Preferred)
- BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field: 1 year (Preferred)
