Job description

An employer sitting in El Segundo, CA is looking to hire a fully Remote Senior IT Support Analyst. This person will be reporting into the Senior Manager of IT Business Services while working under the Corporate IT department. She/He will be cross functionally supporting various departments including Accounting, Finance, Legal, and their systems for ticketing, support, resolving requests etc. This person will be working full time M-Fri and is flexible to time zone. This position will require on-call support on the weekends (ranging anywhere from once to twice a month as needed).

- 4+ years of experience in IT Systems Support

- Experience working cross functionally to provide support, solutions, and system enhancements

- Understanding of Accounting and Finance Systems

- Knowledge of Great Plains, Concur (Expense and Invoice), and Workday software

- Advanced in Excel, Vlookups, Macros etc.

- Understanding of data conversion and mapping

- Utilizing Cognos, reporting experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
