Job description

• Follow and comply with the client's process.
• Support the client's efforts to design, implement and / or improve current SACM process.
• Engaging with stakeholders to design and implement interfaces with other applications that leverage or provide CMDB data (e.g., Discovery, Software Asset Management, Architecture, and Security tool sets).
• Engaging with the organization to design and govern interfaces with SACM processes which leverage CMDB data (e.g., Service Portfolio Management, Service Catalog, Incident, Problem, Change, Service Level Management, etc.).
• Optimize Reports and Dashboard for better governance of Configuration items.
• Discovery process in ServiceNow to be refined to remove stale and incomplete information populated in CMDB.
• Find and Remediate all CMDB Health metrics as per Get-well playbook published by ServiceNow.
• Work on road map for CMDB maturity as per industry standard and based on CSDM 4.0.
• Optimize software Asset management process which will include Baseline license Creation, Harvesting, Assignment and License key management within ServiceNow.
• Improve License request, assignment, and governance workflows.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour
