We are seeking an IT Service Dispatcher / Help Desk to join our client's team for a long term engagement. This position is onsite in Orange, CT.
IT Service Dispatcher Responsibilities

Use ServiceNow to manage end user tickets When required, perform inventory of IT assets and generate related reports Qualify client issues and open support tickets. Monitor ServiceNow for new tickets and or respond to tickets. Schedule and dispatch internal and vendor field resources Plan, manage and schedule projects such as server migrations, office build outs, etc.
IT Service Dispatcher Qualifications

Prior experience as a IT dispatcher or tech required Basic IT experience required Asset management knowledge is a plus
