The IT Service Manager (ITSM) is a high-impact, strategic role that will work closely with Information Technology (IT) Leadership teams to drive ITIL-based process for organizational success and optimal health.
This role will serve the organization by driving the facilitation, governance, communications, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement of the IT processes including, but not limited to Incident, Change, and Problem management. The ITSM manager will build a sustainable metrics and tracking framework for communicating operational adoption, execution, effectiveness, and maturity. The ITSM Manager works across all the functional areas within the IT and ensures processes are implemented, followed and aligned with business needs.
The ITSM Manager must be an expert in practicing Bose Essence and Values such as self-awareness, self-leadership, trust and relationships so that they can act as a trusted advisor of Senior Leadership in Information Technology, InfoSec, and company business units. They have excellent facilitation skills and can facilitate the strategies, goals, and changes that are required to move our process and metrics maturation to the future state.
