With more than 285 offices and 4,500 employees globally, Savino Del Bene is one of the leading logistics company that offers import, export, customs brokerage services and warehousing third party solutions servicing several Vertical Markets we are currently looking for IT Support Specialist to join our team in our new Fairless Hills, PA warehouse.
Responsibilities:
- Must be able to train in Avenel, NJ for the first few months.
- Provide first level support and troubleshoot user and IT issues related to the Windows in a logistic and CFS Warehouse environment
- Install configure and troubleshoot devices with Windows 10/11 Pro OS joined to an Active directory environment
- Install configure and troubleshoot Laser and label printing issues
- Troubleshoot RFID related issues
- HP Aruba Central portal utilization and management
- Install, configure and troubleshoot Radio frequency terminals in a warehouse environment
- Testing and troubleshooting of LAN network connections
- Create and maintain an updated inventory of all the HW and SW deployed and running in a warehouse infrastructure
- Utilizing existing automation solution along with other service-specific tools and technologies to deliver remote user support Log user problems utilizing internal ticketing system by initiating trouble tickets for call tracking
- Documents corrective actions for end-user problems
- Follow established processes and procedure working closely with a Service Desk supervisors and IT management
- Escalate relevant incidents to tier 2 technicians or management based on complexity or time constraints
- Demonstrate an emphasis on customer satisfaction per company policy.
- Responsible for open-issue follow-up to ensure adequate resolution and customer satisfaction
- Must be able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations
- Must be able to work on-site, this is not a remote role
Qualifications Needed:
- Windows Professional O.S. installation, configuration and troubleshooting
- Proficient with Microsoft active directory on Windows server 2016/2019
- VMware installation, configuration and troubleshooting knowledge
- Microsoft Office application suite installation and troubleshooting competencies
- Microsoft Office 365 user administration competencies
- Network administration - Layer 2 and 3 switching
- Wireless surveys and Wifi 2.4 and 5 Ghz signal coverage analysis and troubleshooting
- Android RF Terminals installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Good ticket management and technical trouble shooting skills
- Highly organized and able to multi-task paired with strong operational skills
- Professional and courteous demeanor
- Excellent interpersonal and phone skills with a positive attitude
- Possess good technical skills and troubleshooting techniques
