Examples of responsibilities may include:
- Working with IS management, team members and recruiters to coordinate interviews for all permanent and contract IS positions.
- Working with the corporate employment office and HR on job postings and new hire processing.
- Working with new hires to ensure that their hiring experience and first day at Publix is a success.
- Assisting with hiring requirements such as relocation, immigration requirements and processing, and managing the referral bonus program.
- Assisting with the process to hire contractors for our IS teams.

- Coordinating training for our 1000+ IS associates as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3 years’ experience in an administrative support role
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel
