Reporting to the Enterprise Technology Director, the IT Support Manager based in our HQ office will support the Atlas users worldwide
by leading activities like IT asset management, diagnose & troubleshooting and IT support requests.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leads the IT Support team, ensuring customer satisfaction and perform quality work on all services requests
- Reports on and analyses key performance indicators (KPIs) & additional service metrics
- Leads the IT Assets management and control process
- Leads the IT hardware setup process on premises
- Answers/Troubleshoots on technical queries and dealing clients via calls, chats, and Emails.
- Diagnoses and quickly resolves a wide range of Windows and applications problems to help minimize downtime
REQUIRED SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES:
- 5+ years of IT support & asset management or similar experience
- Strong organizational and detailed oriented capabilities
- Excellent communication skills (both written and oral) at all organizational levels
- Highly motivated and results oriented
- Strong customer focus & multi-tasking skills
- Good team handling and interpersonal skills.
- Previous Service Delivery and Service Level Management experience
- Experience in procurement, Inventory, and asset management of IT equipment, as well as the overall IT lifecycle.
- Excellent skills in Word, SharePoint, and Excel (VLOOKUP's, pivot tables, formulas etc.)
Nice to have:
- IT Procurement management
- ISO 27000 and 9001 policy and process experience
- ITIL certification
