This position is responsible for managing the day to day support tickets generated by our clients. The successful candidate is a highly motivated team player who has excellent interpersonal communication skills, a commitment to delivering world-class levels of customer service and has a strong technical grasp of the following areas:

Troubleshooting desktops, servers, networks, printers, phones

Must have a reasonable skill set to install, apply basic programming and troubleshoot HP network switches.

Virus management; prevention, detection and removal

Day-to-day support activities including ticket creation and resolution

Troubleshooting issues from inception to resolution, escalating tickets as needed, all while maintaining best practices throughout

Maintain an in-depth knowledge and understanding of LEFCON technologies hosted applications, and services

Must be able to manage multiple tickets at one time

Assist in developing documentation, knowledge-base and best practice guides

Communicate highly technical information to both technical and non-technical users

This is primarily an onsite position at our customer's facility located about 50 miles NW of Austin Texas. You will be responsible for advanced troubleshooting and break/fix, building trust and maintaining strong client relationships.

Must Haves - Demonstrated Problem- Solving and solution development skills and the ability to explain problems and propose solutions to both technical and non-technical clients.

Previous Help Desk experience is required, this is not a novice position.

Experience with ticketing systems and multiple vendor solutions. Certification A+ is highly preferred. Excellent time management skills are absolutely crucial to success in this role Candidates selected for interview will be required to undergo criminal background checks and may be required to complete a drug screen in accordance with Federal and State Law.
