We are a fast growing Ecommerce company, looking to hire a Return Specialist to join our returns team. We are looking for a Product Tester to test the functionality and condition of those returned products as part of our recovery operations. In this role you will determine if the returned products function properly and have all their accessories, or if they are damaged or defective. You will be testing a variety of electronics including laptops/Chromebook, printers, headphones, microphones, speakers, amps, coffee makers, blenders, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Perform quick and accurate visual inspections
• Test and grade products by condition.
• Ensure all units have the necessary accessories that have been provided by the manufacturer. (AC/adapters, instruction manuals, brushes, batteries, etc...)
• Repackage items
• Prepare items for shipments.
• Organize and keep the area clear for work.

• Must have 1 year minimum warehouse experience.
• Must be punctual / reliable
• Quick worker who can handle a lot under pressure
• Multitasker / Go getter
• Must have a valid ID
• Employee must be able to lift up to 50lb

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
