Job description

• Assist Managers in ordering supplies and keeping track of inventory.
• Provide cleaning of assigned facilities and equipment in accordance with acceptable practices as defined by contract and outlined by management.
• Duties involve a combination of the following: Sweeping, mopping or scrubbing and polishing floors, removing trash and other refuse; dusting equipment, furniture or fixtures; polishing metal fixtures or trimmings; maintaining-restocking of supplies and cleaning – sanitizing of lavatories, showers, and restrooms.
• Effectively interact with supervisors, managers, co-workers, and customers.
• Maintain accountability of assigned supplies and equipment utilizing them in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and per supervisor instruction
• Follow cleaning schedules and complete assigned work in a timely fashion and to acceptable quality standards
• Report all deficiencies, lost or broken equipment, damage of customer property and other discrepancies to Janitorial Supervisor
• Report as scheduled or provide management with adequate notification of absence.
• Participate in all scheduled training, comply with company, customer, safety and related guidelines
• Maintain quality control of all assigned buildings
• Operate and ‘respect’ equipment under supervision of Janitorial Supervisor and Project Manager.
• Provide any other assigned duties and adherence to regulations outlined in The Statement of Work (SOW)
• Full And Part Time Roles available at both Lakehurst and McGuire.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to understand and execute task assignments
• Capable of lifting up to 20 pounds
• Successful completion of drug screening
• Full Time- M-F 7:00AM-3:30pm and some weekends required.
• Part Time- 6:00AM-1:00pm. Days vary based on location.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.54 per hour
