A Peabody janitorial company is seeking a responsible person for routine cleaning and janitorial services in the Woburn and surrounding areas. This job will consist of roughly 4 hours per night of work starting between 5-6pm. *Eye for detail is a must!*

Responsibilities Include: Maintaining cleanliness levels in a customers’ facility up to company and customers’ expectations. Execute deeper cleaning tasks and special projects when required. The potential candidate will be responsible for overseeing staff and providing training to new staff, and filling in for cleaners when necessary. The potential candidate will be responsible for traveling to all cleaning locations in the Woburn area. There is a 6-week onboarding period. A gas card will be available after a 3 month probationary period.

Additional responsibilities will include (but will not be limited to):

• Communicating in a pleasant and professional manner with coworkers and customers.
• Nightly organization of janitorial closet and supplies
• Communicate with management regarding what supplies need to be replaced/ordered
• Maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies, tools, and materials.
• Last minute emergency fill ins for employees

Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial / cleaning role is preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated written and verbal communications skills.
• Ability to work under pressure with efficiency and accuracy.
• Ability to plan and prioritize workload.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Ability to communicate in English, including reading and writing.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Education and Licenses:

• High School Degree or equivalent, preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License, required

Hours per Week: 20

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 4 hours/day starting between 5-6pm
