Responsibilities / Responsabilidades:
  • Supervise and direct all personnel with courtesy.
    • Supervisar y dirigir a todo el personal con cortesia.
  • Supervise and coordinate employee assignments and schedules.
    • Supervisa y coordina las asignaciones y los horarios de los empleados.
  • Maintain professional relationship with the client.
    • Mantener relacion professional con el cliente.
  • Perform routine site inspections.
    • Realice inspecciones rutinariars.
  • Recruiting and training of new employees.
    • Reclutamiento y entrenamiento de empleados nuevos.
  • Evaluate performance of personnel provide hands-on support to perform work when necessary. This may include, but is not limited to: dust mopping, sweeping, stripping/refinishing, carpet scrubbing, servicing restrooms, window washing, etc.
    • Evaluar el desempeño del personal y brindar apoyo práctico para realizar el trabajo cuando sea necesario. Esto puede incluir, pero no se limita a: trapear el polvo, barrer, decapado / repintado, fregado de alfombras, servicio de baños, lavado de ventanas, etc.
  • Maintain records of all supplies and equipment.

Requirements / Requerido:
  • Prior janitorial Supervisor experience a must.
    • Experiencia previa de supervisor de limpieza.
  • Must be familiar with Microsoft: Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Debe saber usar: Microsoft Word, Excel y PowerPoint.
  • Must pass Background Check.
    • Debe pasar verificacion de antecedentes.
  • Must pass a Drug Test.
    • Debe pasar examen de drogas.
  • Must be detail oriented, highly organized and able to multi-task.

Job Type: Full-time, Flexible Hours

Job Type: Full-time.
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year.
