We are currently seeking candidates who speak intermediate to advanced level Japanese and looking to get in to Passenger Service Agent position.
Background/experience in hospitality, Travel/Tourism industry is preferred.
Position: Passenger Service Representative - Japanese bilingual skill plus
Industry: International Airline company
Location: Sea- Tac Airport/SEA, WA
Pay: $19-20/hr DOE with benefits
Status: Full time + Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, plus unique travel benefits

Duties:

• Oversee the departure handling, arrival handling, ticketing, baggage processing, terminal/gate check in, and other ramp duties
• Inspect/verify each passenger documentation, respond to any customer complaints and provide exceptional customer service
• Make public announcements as required over intercom
• Perform general administrative duties

Qualification:

• 1+ years of experience in a customer service role (preferably in a hospitality/travel/tourism industry)
• Japanese bilingual skill plus but not necessary
• Associate’s degree preferred but not required
• Excellent communication skills in English and Japanese must be at least Intermediate level
• Must be available to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays as necessary

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
