Jr. IT Product Owner
New Brunswick, NJ
$28/hr
As the Jr. IT Product Owner, you will play a key role in streamlining processes for the corporate business technology group within a large pharmaceutical and consumer goods company in New Jersey. You will work directly with senior-level management to analyze business processes, define technical requirements and aid in finding solutions to enterprise issues. You will be responsible for liaising between the technical and business groups as needed. As the IT Project Owner, you will aid in the scheduling of technical implementations, tracking billing and reviewing business requests as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or related field
- Comprehensive understanding of SDLC
- General knowledge of technical business processes
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
- Ability to multitask
Responsibilities:
- Analyze technology billing and spend for enterprise-level application hosting
- Review and implement Orphan Server Remediation requests
- Manager user access levels; send requests for decommissioning as necessary
- Review and test Disaster Recovery processes
- Manage budget allocation on projects and base businesses
- Manage technical SOWS, Vendor Contracts and payments
- Remediation of legacy unsupported platforms
- Create roadmaps for successful product and project rollouts\
