Job description
This role is responsible for designing, building and proofing all PSX Powersports and Automotive websites. From layout and function according to a client's specifications to maintenance thereafter. We equate a Jr. Web Developer as being the “right hand” of PSX. Our web developers work closely with our Client Support and Marketing teams in order to ensure the design meets client’s expectations. At PSX we strive to create visually appealing sites that feature user-friendly design with clear navigation and optimized performance.
Responsibilities include
- Website designing, building, and maintaining.
- Full site proofing.
- Support ticket handling and proofing.
- Using html, css, content management tools and content creation tools.
- Monitoring our support queue for website edits, changes, maintenance requests.
- Keeping scalable templates and promotional content up to date.
- Maintaining an understanding of the latest web applications and best practices through education, study, and participation in conferences, workshops, and groups.
- Identifying problems uncovered by customer feedback and proofing, and correcting or referring problems to appropriate personnel for correction.

Requirements:
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, Front End Style Builders, Wordpress.
- Dedicated team player.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Quiet environment to work in with limited distraction
- Solid ability in both written and verbal communication.
- Knowledge of technical terminology.
- Attention to detail (proofing teammates sites is necessary)
