Job description

The Clerk of Court’s Office of the Louisiana Supreme Court, located in the French Quarter, seeks a Judicial Courier to perform courier, porter, and light cleaning and maintenance duties. Responsibilities include, in large part, preparing courtroom for court days; setting up meeting rooms and event space (chairs, tables, etc.); moving, loading, and unloading paper goods, office products, small furniture, and equipment; performing light building maintenance; making interoffice deliveries; making and setting up coffee and light food items; and walking short distances for local errands. Ideal candidates must have a professional demeanor, ability to handle moving and lifting heavy objects, multi-tasker with strong customer service skills. Pay: $24,000.00 - $32,000.00 per year
