Seeking a Junior Level Attorney looking to work in a general counsel practice for a nationwide defense firm!
Looking for a junior attorney, entry level to 3 years of experience, with the ability to work on a team advising small to midsized businesses nationwide on a wide variety of legal matters.
Business experience in corporate matters, in areas such as corporate governance, contracts, compliance, HR, and pre-suit liability is preferred. Basic knowledge of, or interest in, healthcare law and regulation is ideal. In-house experience working closely with business teams preferred. Litigation experience is not required for this role, but is helpful.
This role is a great fit for someone with an interest in growing into a General Counsel!
This position is based in Tampa, with a hybrid-in office and remote working environment. This is not a fully remote position – must be able to commute to our office. Candidates seeking a fully remote position will not be considered at this time.
Relocation package available for the right candidate.
