Junior Ethics and Compliance Analyst (Remote)
Target Market: Virginia
We are looking for a highly motivated, ambitious self-starter to complement our Ethics and Compliance (E&C) Team. The candidate will be an analytical, process-oriented, team player who enjoys day-to-day interactions with technical professionals, supporting internal customers, and managing third parties who provide due diligence services.
After undergoing training on various tools used for vetting / due diligence, and with guidance and oversight from the E&C Legal Team, you will:
Conduct Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) due diligence reviews of businesses and individuals operating in global markets, conduct Restricted Party Screening
Draft risk memos and reports to help ensure anti-bribery and anti-corruption compliance.
Using our system of record, Ethics Point, you will also
Assist in monthly and quarterly ethics metrics reporting related to internal ethics investigations
Create reports for various corporate leaders to review.
Assist with, and support, internal ethics investigations,
Develop the skills and confidence to answer ethics questions, lead investigations, and ultimately become a Corporate Ethics Officer as you acclimate to the company and our culture.
In this role, you will report directly to Parsons Chief Ethics and Compliance Counsel.

What you’ll need to bring:
A Bachelors Degree or equivalent
A “can do” attitude and a willingness to learn
A proactive mindset
Excellent, professional written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and relational database applications – Advanced Excel skills are imperative
Strong time-management, analytical, and issue-spotting skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize among many different assignments
Differentiators, but not required:
Fluency in Arabic.
Experience with EthicsPoint / NAVEX or similar system
Experience in FCPA Due Diligence
