CACI is seeking a Junior Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Analyst to support PMS 525, the NAVSEA Program Office for International Unmanned & Small Combatants Finance and Case Management Principle Assistant Program Manager (PAPM).

As the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Analyst ~

You Will Get to Do:

  • Provide support services to the NAVSEA Program Office for International Unmanned & Small Combatants Finance and Case Management Principle Assistant Program Manager (PAPM)

  • FMS Case Development Support:

  • Assist in FMS case development and policy documentation reviews

  • Assist in developing Letters of Offer and Acceptance (LOA) for FMS, Foreign Military Financing (FMF), and Building Partner Capacity (BPC) programs

  • Assist in developing Pricing and Availability (P&A) for various LOAs

  • Provide meeting minutes and programmatic support for Program Reviews

  • Assist in establishing Military Articles and Service List (MASLs) as needed to support sale of FMS items

  • Technical Documentation Support:

  • Assist in reviewing ILS products for Foreign Disclosure vulnerabilities

  • Redact and sanitize materials as directed by Foreign Disclosure Review (FDR)

  • Provide tracking and review libraries to monitor Foreign Disclosure sanitization and delivery of finalized technical manuals

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • US Citizenship

  • Secret Clearance

  • Bachelor's Degree or prior Navy experience

  • 3+ years of program management experience preferred

  • Ability to organize information from disparate sources, analyze white papers and other resources, synthesize and communicate clearly and concisely in presentations, issue papers, and email.

  • Excellent Excel, Word, and PowerPoint abilities and ability to create draft presentations for program office staff.

  • Strong communication skills

  • Good personal computer and business solutions software skills

  • Good presentation skills

  • Strong organization and time management skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently and/or as part of a team

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Experience supporting a NAVSEA program Office

  • Foreign Military Sales experience

  • Familiarity with general international relations

  • Bachelor’s degree in international relations, international business, or similar field
