Who are we hiring?

Counter Logic Gaming (CLG) is seeking a dynamic, growth oriented Junior Designer to bolster our design team as we look to ramp up the coverage and scope of our competitive teams while continually developing towards world class design. The Junior Designer will work under the direction of the Senior Designer to develop and support high quality marketing campaigns and initiatives throughout the organization.

What will you do?

• Develop and design graphics, concepts and layouts for digital, print and web use - including, but not limited to social media, merch, events, CLG and partner websites
• Cull and edit photography for use on social and other marketing materials
• Collaborate with all areas of the organization to execute on marketing projects, campaigns and initiatives
• Name and organize project layers and file folder structures for production
• Brainstorm, pitch, execute and iterate on design campaigns, projects and content pieces
• Identify trends and areas opportunities to implement and/or learn and grow from
• Develop pitch decks for internal and external use

What do you need to succeed?

• 0-3 years of design experience
• Bachelor’s in graphic design preferred
• Baseline proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
• Portfolio of work (website is strongly preferred over social media links and PDF)
• Willingness to learn, grow and take constructive design feedback
• Positive attitude and ability to collaborate and work well within a team
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to think creatively and analytically
