Pret is looking for a dynamic Junior Project Manager to join our team!
The Role: Overall Purpose (Adding Value to PRET)
PRET is looking for a highly motivated Junior Project Manager, who is ambitious, flexible and eager to learn new skills while working with the US Property Team on various projects and day-to-day tasks. This is a very versatile role with a lot of potential for growth and additional responsibilities in the future.
Scope of the Role
The Junior Project Manager manages refurbishments, equipment roll-outs, ad hoc projects and supports major construction projects. The role also handles day-to-day tasks in collaboration with the Property Administrator and Facilities Manager.
The Junior Project Manager reports into the Director of Property.
Essential Skills / Knowledge
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Construction, Project or Facilities Management related role (ideally within a retail environment).
- Basic knowledge of construction and commercial buildings.
- Ability to walk up/down stairs and be on your feet most of the day.
- Organized with attention to detail.
- Planning and scheduling skills.
- Great communication skills (verbal and written).
- Problem solving skills and a ‘can do’ attitude.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Pro-active approach.
- Flexible working hours (to coordinate and supervise projects outside of typical office hours).

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
