Join us for a rewarding summer as the Junior Theatre Costume Coordinator for the upcoming Interlochen Arts Camp season. This position coordinates costumes for Junior Theatre Productions. Housing and all meals are included with this position. The dates of employment are 6/21/23-8/7/23 and the stipend for this position is $1,850.
Major Responsibilities:

• Coordinate costumes pieces provided by camper, along with existing costume stock and needed purchases for the Junior Theatre Production and the Junior Musical Theatre Production; work with Director and Design Team, and handle all backstage duties during run of shows.
• Conduct any necessary fittings and alterations.
• Work backstage at events assigned and work with the Costume Shop Supervisor on preparing costumes as needed.
• Assist with costumes for two high school productions as needed.

Experience and Skills:

• Must have design, sewing machine, and wardrobe experience
• Must have working knowledge of clothing designs, both contemporary and historic
