Eliot is seeking energetic, positive, service-oriented clinician to work in our secure group home setting with youth, ages 13 - 18 old, who are in the care of the Department of Youth Services. This position provides a great opportunity to positively impact and influence the life of a adolescent by providing clinical and emotional support. Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and family therapy weekly in accordance with DYS, DEEC, and ECHS policies and procedures
- Participate in the development and implementation of Individual Service Plans
- Provide case management and advocacy for youth as needed
- Facilitate curriculum-based treatment groups in DBT, Substance abuse, and Risk Reduction
Schedule: Sunday- Thursday 11 am - 7 pm
Pay rate: $49680 unlicensed; $52180 independently licensed

Bonus breakdown: $2500 after 1 month of employment & $2500 after 6 months of employment
