We have an opportunity for an Office Manager to join the team in our Plainfield Illinois office. As the Office Manager, you will oversee our billing and expense personnel, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities. Strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to plan and prioritize, and providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers will be the keys to success in the Office Manager role.
You will:
- Provide oversight of billing and expense department employees
- Ensure customer invoices are accurately billed and submitted per customer requirements, including customer portal entry.
- Understand billing practices to act as backfill during employee absences
- Recruit to adequately staff department to meet business needs.
- Orientate, onboard and train new employees
- Complete performance evaluations, goal setting and individual development plans for employees
- Provide ongoing feedback on performance and address issues when issues
- Provide support for special/project billing when necessary.
- Act as point of contact for customer billing inquiries
- Be a liaison between branch admin assistants for billing questions/concerns
- Complete week-end, month-end and quarterly reporting as required by leadership.

Key Qualifications:
- AA degree or 5-7 years previous experience required
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and G-Suite
- Good written and verbal skills
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Knowledge of standard office equipment
- Excellent people skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and all levels of the organization.
