Job description
The Project Manager will report to the Production Manager and will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
Responsibilities:
- Audit projects to ensure accuracy for submission via Salesforce
- Spearhead continued communication of project status to crew and customer
- Assign jobs to crew and ensure all project requirements are in place to meet all company standards
- Analyze, communicate and resolve issues to achieve project goals
- Recommends processes, procedures, and tools for overall production improvement, quality, and value.
- Performs quality control check on completed builds and update job file in Salesforce
- Implementing and enforcing all safety requirements through the life cycle of each project
Requirements:
- Good understanding of residential roofing applications and materials
- Strong attention to detail, and good follow-through
- Self-motivated and highly goal-oriented
- Ability to climb a ladder and walk roofs (flat to 9/12 pitch)
- Construction experience preferred, but not required
- Knowledge of construction OSHA requirements helpful
- Excel at time management
- Maintain the integrity of the Company
- Ability to lead and train
