The Christ Fellowship Kids Care Coordinator supports the Kids Ministry by building a team of Providers to lead midweek programming and at special events as well as providing organization and administrative support to the Central Kids Team.

JOB DUTIES:

• Schedule Kids Care Teams and assist with staffing global events.
• Assist with the recruitment, hiring, and training of Kids Care staff.
  • Ensure the proper implementation of all safety and security policies and procedures, including check-in and pick-up procedures.
  • Provide the training needed to ensure a safe, age-appropriate, and fun Bible-learning experience for kids.
  • Ensure attention to environment & room cleanliness before and after all Kids Care shifts.
• Implement and adapt Orange curriculum to build a discipleship program in alignment with Christ Fellowship's beliefs and core values.
  • Resourcing and distribution of the Central midweek curriculum to be implemented at the campus-level.
  • Ensure that implementation costs stay within the approved budget.
• Ensure that all Kids Care experiences are organized and carried out with excellence.
• Ensure that attendance record keeping is up-to-date and accurate.
• Provide administrative and clerical support to the Kids Central Directors.
  • Assist with special projects on behalf of the Central Directors.
  • Assist with coordinating special events in partnership with the Family Ministries Content Team.
• Contribute to Central Team's development and implementation of initiatives directed by and in cooperation with the Central Kids Directors and team.
• Attend weekly staff meetings and Department meetings as directed.

EDUCATION:

• College graduate, or degree in progress.
• Passion to help others discover their purpose and connect in ministry.
• Experienced with 1 year in a kids' ministry environment, either as staff or volunteer.
• Strong sense of time management, along with the ability to work independently and as part of an effective and fun team.
• Highly developed interpersonal communication to provide exceptional care and concern while prioritizing and adjusting to multiple moving parts in a fast paced-setting.

JOB SPECS:

Classification: Full-time (40 hour), salary (exempt) position including weekends and some week nights.
