Seeking Kitchen Manager. We are occupying the former

Get Sum Pizza location, Wait til you see what we have done! Extensive remodel

This will be our second location and this will be a great one! The culture & vibe at Black Rock

Pizza exceeds most restaurant environments and is definitely not just a another pizza place!

Ohana and be a part of a growing Brand made in Hawaii. We have key people in place in our operations in Captain Cook Hi and seek a similar crew in Coconut Grove location .

Kitchen Manager - You must be experienced in Restaurant operations and have management experience.

You know the duties of a KM if you are responding to this ad. Compensation will vary on experience .

We will need you to put together a team of cooks and supervisors for the Morning/Night Shifts in the back of the house!

Responsibilities:

• Manage a high volume fast-casual restaurant.
• Oversee the staff at your restaurant.
• Oversee the daily operations of your restaurant.
• Plan for growth.
• Plan for development.
• Plan for a new location or opening of a new business.
• Plan for a special event at your business.
• Be organized and efficient with time management.
• Be in charge of ordering, scheduling, and managing inventory.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
