Kitchen Manager Responsibilities Include:
- Follow all recipe, safety and sanitation standards
- Regulate production according to restaurant needs
- Build and maintain wood fires in pit
- Communicate with line staff to keep production stocked
- Prepare and stock seasoned meats for production
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment
- Ensure safety and sanitation practices in the kitchen
- Direct the hiring, supervision, development, and when necessary, termination of employees
We Are Looking for an Kitchen Manager Who:
- Has a High School Diploma - Graduate from an accredited culinary program preferred
- Has 3-5 years of culinary management experience in a high-volume restaurant
- Has a proven track record of producing quality food and controlling food and labor costs
- Can manage a large team while delegating tasks and ensuring consistent follow-up
- Possess a driver's license and your own reliable transportation
- Can stand and walk for long periods of time – 8-12 hours per shift
- Can lift 25-50 pounds, as needed
- Is available to work in Charlotte, NC and surrounding areas
