JOB SUMMARY:

Accountable to ensure proper cleanliness, sanitation and maintenance of the kitchen appliances, china, and silverware.

FUNCTIONAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• 
  Be aware of your appearance at all times. Uniforms must by clean daily, nametags must be worn and hair must be well kept out of the face.
• Perform all opening and closing side duties, as assigned per shift requirement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Maintain adequate stock in your area and let management know if you are running low on any supplies.
• Keep work area clean and report any maintenance problems to management.
• Clean and sanitize all cooking utensils, dishware, pots, pans, and work areas.
• Clean and organize back dock including surrounding areas.
• Clean and sanitize pot sink and surrounding areas.
• Take out trash and clean trash receptacles.
• Clean floor mats at the end of each shift.
• Restock all dishes in kitchen and on the lines.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
• Must become certified by Coconino County Health Department.
• Help promote teamwork by helping fellow employees when you are caught up with your duties.

PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:

• 
  Ability to twist or bend
• Ability to stand, or walk for long periods of time
• Ability to lift and carry items with a maximum weight of up to 50 lbs., for as far as 100ft.
• Ability to work inside with others/alone

CERTIFICATE/LICENSE:

• 
  Employment Eligibility for the United States

• 
  High School graduate or equivalent required
• Excellent customer service skill
• Ability to handle multiple tasks
• Must possess excellent oral communication skills
• Ability to maintain a positive and fun workplace
