As a knowledge manager who specializes in sharing knowledge to ensure access to critical information, you know how to implement and manage knowledge management (KM) initiatives for our DoD clients. On our team, you'll train and maintain front-end support for KM sites, make recommendations and execute strategies, plans, processes, tools, assessments, and meeting management practices, and participate in KM working groups. You’ll provide your client with peace of mind as you assist with the development of KM roadmaps to improve the client's business operations and facilitate the sharing and leveraging of best business practices. You'll use technology and tools like SharePoint to enable information sharing by analysts and organizations for analytic production, use central and peripheral databases, content management, record management systems, and shape workflow and processes. In this role, you’ll closely impact intelligence products across separate networks and portals by compiling reports on performance and usage metrics and future requirements for existing KM capabilities. With your technical expertise, mentoring, and opportunities to learn new tools and skills, we'll focus on growing as a team to make the best solutions for our customers.

You Have:

• 8+ years of experience in the DoD or IC
• 5+ years of experience working in a professional KM environment
• Experience developing and maintaining SharePoint site collections
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and KM fundamentals and tools
• Experience with Microsoft SharePoint 2010 and 2013 workflows, SharePoint Designer, and InfoPath
• Knowledge of KM principles, procedures, and processes in a DoD environment
• TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Ability to pay strict attention to detail and accuracy of information, including organizing large amounts of data, and setting priorities for analysis and use in consultation with stakeholder
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
• Certified Knowledge Manager (CKM) Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $81,800.00 to $186,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
