You’ll inspire customer wonder by serving delicious sweet treats & special coffees with a smile! Greeting each customer as they walk in the door. You should have exceptional customer service skills - we want you to enjoy interacting with our customers & communicate clearly. You’ll also keep things clean and up to the highest food safety standards. Modeling the best communications skills, teamwork and respect of others. You’ll help when your leader requests it in other areas too.

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in a customer service position and good knowledge of how cash registers/POS systems operate. Good Math skills are essential. Drive thru experience is helpful. Barista or Cake decorating skills would also be beneficial. Ultimately, you’ll ensure transactions run smoothly and help us maximize customer satisfaction.
