13 week contract Austin, TX
Beds: 20 - 15 deliveries per day
Patient Diagnoses: In addition to normal labor patients, high risk labor and antepartum patients that include but are not limited to:
- Pre-eclampsia: magnesium sulfate
- Diabetes: diet controlled, medication controlled, insulin controlled
- Maternal cardiac issues
- Placenta accreta/Placenta previa/Placental abruption
- Growth restriction
- Polyhydramnios/Oligohydramnios
- Cholestasis
Special Procedures/Unit Details: Vaginal delivery, Cesarean delivery, D&C, Birthing beds, OR tables, Bovie machine in OR
- Shifts - Days: 0645 - 1915 & Nights: 1845 - 0715
- Staffing Ratios - 1:2
- Float Required? Yes, Antepartum
- Weekend Coverage: 5 per 6 week schedule
- Self Scheduling
Cerner charting system, Pyxis medication system
Scrubs: Provided by facility (light blue)
FACILITY REQUIREMENTS:
- TX or Compact State Licensure
- BLS, NRP, ACLS
- AWHONN Intermediate
- Proof of COVID-19 + Booster and Flu Vaccination(s)
- 2 years of recent experience
- Circulate Experience
