We’re looking for an experienced Laboratory Supervisor to join our extraordinary team at University of Maryland Shore Regional Health.

Job Summary:

Responsible for managing all aspects of Blood Bank, including staff, proficiency testing, competency validation, quality control, testing schedules, technical issues, billing/charges and other related duties. Additionally responsible for the coordination, communication, monitoring and ongoing operation of the laboratory compliance program.

What You Need to Be Successful:

• 
  Board-registered as a technologist by ASCP.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with emphasis in QA, POC, and prior experience in supervisory role preferred.

• Must meet applicable federal, state and local professional requirements.
