The successful candidate will assist in disassembly of cushioning units, Snubbers, or yokes. Must comply with and follow all work instructions and safety and quality requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities

- Must learn and follow all safety rules
- Must be able to learn work procedures/instructions and follow directions as given by Lead
- Operate assigned tools/equipment in a safe manner as instructed
- Abide by company attendance policy
- Must clock in and out as assigned times
- Other duties as assigned
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The individual will possess the following knowledge, characteristics, skills and/or abilities:
- Knowledge and prior use of common hand tools
- Able to wear all PPE and be on your feet for up to 10 hours per day
Education and Experience
- High school degree or GED
- Up to two years of previous experience in similar work environment.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred

Working Conditions
- Ability to work in confined spaces
- With the exception of clerical, administrative, and some management positions, which require indoor work, the physical environment requires the employee to work both inside and outside in heat/cold, wet/humid, dry/arid and dusty conditions.
