Job Description:
This role really needs LabVantage experience, likely in configuration for the most part and may be some of the code. However, I think the software is mainly updated by the vendor and not the resource.
He/she will also need to lead a team of offshore resources and track the day to day activity to ensure tickets are getting completed by the offshore team within an SLA.
This resource will also be the only person in the US so it will be very client visible and will essentially run our team with me having the role to handle escalations and the account relationship.
Required skills (maximum of 6): Need a LabVantage application Developers to start mid-February. The Developers should be able to perform Jasper Reports as well as advanced LIMS configuration.
