The Landscape Crew Leader is responsible for the planning and direction of landscape maintenance activities according to schedules, standards and procedures provided by the Production Manager. The Landscape Crew Leader provides on-site supervision for the crew.

What you will do: *

• Planning and direction of landscape maintenance activities according to schedules, standards and procedures provided by the Production Manager.
• Provides on-site supervision for crew.
• Performs landscape maintenance tasks such as: mowing, edging, blowing, bed grooming, pruning, fertilizing, weed control and irrigation repair.
• Maintain and repairs of equipment in the field.
• Assign daily tasks to maintenance crew and ensure high quality work.

• Safe operation of tools and equipment including company vehicles.
• Communicate all customer comments and questions to the Production Manager.
• Loading and unloading of equipment
• Report all needed equipment repairs, malfunctions, accidents to supervisor.

Experience:

• Two years commercial landscape maintenance experience.
• One year supervisor experience
• Good customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation
• Must be able to communicate in Spanish and English

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
