Level Green Landscaping is currently hiring for an Enhancement Crew Leader.

Requirements

Your responsibilities are, but not limited to:

  • Respond to management direction, and commits to the required hours for job completion (varies based on season/weather)
  • Ensure all job-related tasks are performed safely and efficiently and use all tools and equipment in accordance with company safety policy
  • Ability to run equipment (skid steer, excavator, backhoe, etc.) and can read landscape drawings
  • Collaborates with the operation manager for installation instructions
  • Assists Operations Manager with the training, development, and communicating production goals with crew members
  • Assists in loading and unloading equipment, tools, and supplies on the truck while keeping job site, vehicles, trailers, and offices safe, clean, and organized
  • Complies with all company policies, procedures, and safety requirements, especially in the handling of equipment
  • Performs pre-and ongoing job site inspections to assure quality and timely completion of all tasks assigned
  • Participates in training programs and performs other duties as required
  • Track and record all job expenses, including materials and labor
  • Assist the Operation Manager in removing any roadblocks to the successful completion of the project ex materials, sub-contractors, and clients
  • Solves technical issues on as-built projects
  • Understands the relationship between job quality and customer service, satisfaction, and retention
  • Provides excellent, accurate, complete, and timely service to clients, vendors, and company staff
  • MUST have a valid, United States' State Government official ID (Such as valid US state government Driver's License, valid US Passport, valid Social Security Number, etc.)
  • Duties as assigned


You may be a good fit if:

  • At least 21 years of age, can work Saturdays and in inclement weather (required)
  • Able to train others and exercise leadership skills
  • Able to manage time and workload effectively
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office and/or Google Docs
  • Able to communicate with clients, work in a team environment, and engage and motivate others
  • Knowledgeable of horticultural and landscape installation
  • Knowledgeable of construction site policies and procedures
  • Previous hardscape experience includes an ICPI Certification (not required, but beneficial)
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills are strong
  • Safe when working with equipment, and can lift over 50lbs
  • Able to learn and use company software
  • Bi-Lingual in Spanish (very valuable, but not required)
  • Commitment to quality and exceptional customer service skills are strong
  • Experience in landscaping and/or grounds maintenance is a minimum of one year (preferred)
  • Experience in managing multiple landscape installations for commercial customers is a minimum of two years (Required)

Salary: $45,000-$60,000 (based upon experience)
