Landscape Foreman
Job description
Piala's Nursery & Garden Shop, Inc. is currently looking for Landscape Foreman to work with our construction team. We are seeking experienced landscape professionals to fill the roles of:
- Hardscape Foreman
- Softscape/Maintenance Foreman
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented self-starter with a minimum of three years of landscape construction experience.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a similar role
- Read blueprints and lay out job sites
- Perform and supervise landscape construction. (Tasks vary depending on position, and may include grading, hardscaping, planting, and/or maintenance)
- Train and supervise 3-5 landscape laborers
- Track material and labor use on a daily basis
- Safely operate equipment (including skid loader, mini-excavator and small engine equipment)
- Perform daily equipment maintenance (check fluids, clean air filters, etc.)
- English/Spanish bilingual is preferred but not required
- Valid driver’s license is preferred but not required
We offer a consistent work schedule with paid overtime, the possibility of year-round employment, and the potential for performance-based bonuses. Compensation package is based on experience.
