Boylan Brothers Inc. Landscape & Construction out of Dover, MA is looking to hire a LANDSCAPE FOREMAN to lead a maintenance crew as well as LANDSCAPE CREW MEMBERS / LABORERS for our landscape and hardscape crews. We have a small but dedicated team that work well together and enjoy coming to work every day. If you like working with your hands and providing top quality service, this job is for you!
CREW FOREMAN will be Responsible for leading a crew of 2-3 to complete weekly mowing, spring cleanups, fall cleanups, and mulching.
CREW MEMBERS / LABORERS will be responsible for assisting the crew and responsibilities will rotate as needed.
- SIGN ON BONUS
- Drivers license required
- Previous experience preferred but not required. WE ARE WILLING TO TRAIN THE RIGHT INDIVIDUALS
- Guaranteed 40 hours per week with competitive pay based on experience with the possibility for overtime and quarterly bonuses.
